For over 100 years, Oakland Hills Country Club has played host to 17 major championships on their South Course including the 2004 Ryder Cup and six U.S. Opens. A master plan to bring the course back to the original Donald Ross design launched in the fall of 2019. All course greens, bunkers, tees, and fairways were renovated to USGA specifications, and a Rain Bird® IC System™️ was installed along with PrecisionAir units for easy course management. With greater remote control, superintendents can easily maintain championship-level turf standards year-round.
